Services
I believe that no two people arrive at the same place of struggle by the same road, and no two people heal by the same path. Before we decide on any single tool or approach, we start by understanding you as a whole person.

Medication Management
Sometimes medication is the right tool, and sometimes it is the only tool that will move the needle. When that is the case, I prescribe with precision, monitor outcomes closely, and adjust as your needs evolve. If you are already on medications and want to explore tapering or simplifying your regimen, we can work toward that together as well. There are no predetermined agendas here. We use what serves you.
Nutraceuticals
What you put into your body has a direct impact on how your brain functions. When nutrition and supplementation are not supporting your baseline, your brain begins working against you. Based on your labs, your history, and how you present clinically, I make targeted recommendations for supplements and nutritional support that address the specific gaps in your system.
Medical Acupuncture
My training in medical acupuncture gives me access to tools that most psychiatric providers simply do not have. Using electroacupuncture, I can scan and generate a visual map of your body's energy meridians, twelve basic channels that, when out of balance, often correspond directly to what you are experiencing emotionally and physically. Think of it like a radio station that has drifted off frequency. Acupuncture helps retune it, and the scan gives us an objective picture to work from rather than asking you to take anyone's word for it.
I also practice ear acupuncture, which is particularly effective for anxiety, depression, and substance use. Because the ear contains tissue connected to the whole body, it is one of the most accessible and lowest-risk entry points for treatment. I can place semi-permanent needles or small beads that allow you to apply pressure and find relief between appointments, putting some control back in your hands.
Lifestyle Medicine
Sleep, movement, stress load, and daily habits are not soft variables. They are physiological levers that directly regulate your brain chemistry, your nervous system, and your capacity to heal. We look at these honestly, identify where your system is running on empty, and build realistic, sustainable changes that support everything else we are doing together.
Functional Lab Testing
Standard lab panels often miss what integrative medicine is designed to catch. A technically normal TSH does not rule out subclinical hypothyroidism if your T3 is off. Low magnesium, B12 deficiency, or chronic inflammation can produce symptoms that look exactly like a mood disorder. I order targeted, comprehensive labs to identify these underlying contributors so that our treatment plan addresses what is actually driving your symptoms, not just what is easiest to name.
Gentle Body Alignment
Physical alignment has a direct impact on the nervous system, and a nervous system under structural stress is a nervous system that struggles to regulate mood, focus, and resilience. Drawing on my background as a Doctor of Chiropractic, I incorporate gentle alignment work when appropriate to reduce that underlying physiological load and help your body and mind function as a more integrated system.
Appointment Types
Initial Intake Appointment
Your first appointment is unhurried by design. We review your full history, current symptoms, and personal goals. If you are coming in person, this is also where we may incorporate an initial acupuncture assessment. By the end of this session, you will have a clear picture of what we are working with and a direction forward that is specific to you.
75-90 minutes
Follow-Up Appointment
These sessions are for ongoing care, medication management, or a combination of both. We review how you are responding to any current interventions, adjust as needed, and continue the deeper work of understanding the connections between your physical and mental health.
30-45 minutes
Spinal Cord Stimulator/Intrathecal Pain Pump Psychiatric Evaluations
The appointment typically consists of a comfortable, collaborative conversation paired with a few brief questionnaires. During the interview, we discuss your chronic pain journey, past treatments, current stress levels, and personal goals for relief to ensure your expectations align with what the device can achieve. You will also complete short standard surveys that look at how pain impacts your daily mood, sleep, and quality of life, allowing us to gain a complete picture of your health and ensure the proper support systems are in place for your long-term success.
45-60 minutes
Medication Management Check-In
A focused appointment for medication review and monitoring. We assess how your current regimen is working, address any concerns, and make any necessary adjustments. Straightforward and efficient, without sacrificing the quality of care.
